Giving

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. - 2 Corinthians 9:7-8

At Holy Trinity, our work is dependent, under God, on the generous giving of church family members and a few others. We would be glad of your partnership in this gospel work through prayer and the giving of time and money.

Planned Giving

Prayerfully planned giving is one of the principal ways of responding to the gospel, and it is the most effective way to give to your church. You simply commit to give a regular amount each month directly from your bank account. It can be easily set up, amended and cancelled. It is also helpful to the church council who can then budget accordingly and spend money wisely.

How Do I Give?

You can give by regular payments monthly, quarterly or annually.

What are Donations Spent On?

The largest annual expenditure for the church is the parish share. This is used to pay a full-time rector, enable our mission and ministry in Theale to flourish and provide training for colleagues.

What is Gift Aid?

If you are a UK taxpayer, under the Gift Aid scheme we can supplement any donation with 25p for every £1 donated (or more if you pay a higher tax rate), by reclaiming the tax you have already paid on it from the government.

Legacy and Wills

The church has been remembered by many generous benefactors in the past. Why not consider leaving something in your will today, and set up a legacy?
